When will I be charged for my order? 

You will be charged for your order immediately after checking out. Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email to the email address that you provided. 

 

When will I receive my order? 

Please allow 2-5 business days for your order to be shipped. Once your order is shipped you will receive a tracking number via email. 

 

Can I make an exchange or return? 

There are no online returns or exchanges. ALL SALES ARE FINAL, so please make sure you choose the correct sizes and colors of the desired product(s) before completing your order. 

 

What should I do if I haven’t received my order? 

We will be more than happy to check the status of your order, however, we are not responsible for lost or stolen items that have a confirmed delivery status. If your package has been lost or stolen, you should file a claim with the shipping carrier. 

 

If additional information is needed from us to assist in filing your claim, contact our customer service department and let us know how we can assist. 

 

How should I care for my garments? 

For care of your garments, we suggest dry cleaning or turning your garments inside out, and machine wash cold on the gentle cycle. 

 

You should refrain from drying your garments in a dryer, instead lay your garments flat and allow them to air dry. If you must use a dryer, we suggest tumble drying on low heat.
